very homey with cozy ambience, Mba Eva is very good! You shoul try their Korean Spa. I did mine, Korean Spa with milk & honey, selesai Spa feel very clean & fresh, kulit juga jadi smooth!

POOR SERVICE! called the receptionist to book for 2.she told me only 1 is available but asked me to walk in maybe there might be cancellation of other customer and she asked for my number..came in to the spa and the receptionist told me that they can only accomodate 1!!! Why didn't she call me and told me that there is only 1 left?!? Your receptionist needs to undergo training! again POOR SERVICE!

Not a SPA!nSPA should be different with massage place as we could find easily everywhere now. Specially the name sounds Fancy KEI SPA. Compare SPA in Bali or abroad, this place is horrible. Why? Here I explain..n1. You can heard anything from outside in your room such as someone bathing, phone ring, running water etc... There's instrument tho but too noisyn2. The bed is too small, my feed was out of the edge (I'm only 160cm!) It was smelled, no aroma therapy at alln3. Not hygenic, no cover on the bed like any other place I've ever been (usually there is like a towel above it and changed every time when the massage finished)n4. The masseuse wasnt look professional (shorrt + Tshirt)n5. Horrible massage, told her to not too strong with my legs (ussually masseus asked if their massage was too strong/ not or how strong you want the pressure)nTold her second time and she said you will feel good after the massage when its hurt (?????) Helloooo this is not my first time and I know my body!!nTold her it will be bruises, and she said if it bruise meant the massage was wrong technique. OMG!nTold her 3rd time and finally she slowed down but my legs hurts already :-(n6. My toes pulled many times (she tried to crack them but no luck)n7. After she put oil on her hand, she throwed the bottle between my legs not put it slowly and nicelyn8. My body not covered after she massaged one side and moved to the other. I need to cover myself.n9. After massaged all over my legs and body, she massage my face without wash her hand first.n10. Not covered her nose and mouth as she is a little bit flunnSo this place is not a SPA you imagine, its a massage place for people need very strong massage. Bali beach massage is way better than this place.nExpecting to have relax and good massage after holiday was only a dream...

Very recommended place for body scrub, spa, and waxing. Find Mbak Nini, she is very pro at waxing and spa. Soft touch and comforting. The price is very reasonable
