I am a hotelier, so i will give fair comment about your hotel.nnGood location, good room (compared with the price), no telepon in the room that forced me to go down to the reception when i need something (my room was on 10th floor), the receptionist and the security guard who assist me on the checking process was excellent (i was check-in late night), sadly to say the next morning i met 4 staff in the lobby and ignore me when i smile to them and even the security guard gave me unfriendly face (maybe i look like a criminal)nnSo suggestion for you Airy Rooms :n1. Train your staffs for customer service skill.n2. Put telephone in the room.n3. There's a stinky smell from waste water from tap, dirty towel. Other than that, it's ok.
