Call 123 to report the damaged pln mcb seal service, forwarded to PLN ULP DEPOK REGU LIMO, waiting for over 4 hours for not coming even though 123 contact center said he was already on the way. How come the service is really like this. Disappointing

The service is quite satisfying, from arriving to entering the queue room is quite orderly. The clerk inside and the security guard and parking outside are also quite friendly

This morning around 8.30 am arrived at PLN Depok Tengah (side) post office. Want to add power. When parking the motorbike, I am a little afraid to queue up. Uh, I got to the queue only 2 people in front of me. Maybe because of the PSBB or right on the old date. The clerk at the front was very friendly and informative. Inside the ticket window clerk was also dexterous. In less than 5 minutes, I left the PLN office and walked to the Post Office to pay for the added power fee. As a result, it only took about 30 minutes to add power this morning. Salute to PLN and its staff, especially PLN Depok Tengah.

PLN's service is now much better. Getting more professional. Hopefully there will be no more extortion in all of his services.

The security guard is knowing .. you said that PLN was blocked because it was late & couldn't pay. Instead, he told the post office to pay ... Hadeh ...
