I live here. One gate system. Safe. Securities are friendly. Good environment.

Start to occupied from 2010, with mostly called suburban area. With less traffic and near to nothing. But now Mc'D, KFC, hospitals, great schools, giants and local markets even variants of Bank is here near by. And within 2020 the highway will be open near here

Ademm n playground ok

The environment is so green and cozy. Good for family with little kids to live here. But its too far from the main road. There arent any public transportation that pass Jalan Mawar.

Such a peaceful place for going home
