Hopefully there are no customers from this shop who have not experienced what we experienced after shopping at this store. First the price is relatively expensive, but this is not a problem for us considering this shop is located close to where we live. The problem is that on 20 Oct 20 we bought a baking scale, the price was not that much for us, only Rp. 55 thousand. Of course every buyer expects honesty from the seller.nWe didn't use the scale until the next day when we were going to try it, it turned out that the scale was flawed, it broke and couldn't be used.nOn the 25th we returned to this shop to return the scales. But after calling the shop owner, the lady at the cashier said that the item could not be returned if it was more than 5 days. I then showed the receipt to show that it was not past 5 days. He then called the boss and it was still non-refundable. Very inconsistent and dishonest, there will not be a fortune for traders like this.

A place to shop for cake ingredients that is quite complete and cheap for around Depok. The service is also quite good and friendly. The area is not too big, making it quite easy to find the materials and equipment needed.nnContinue to improve the service so that it is more competitive with other cake ingredients shops.

I bought a cake weight gauge here, it hasn't been until 5 days since I came back here to exchange it because what I bought was broken. Uh, they say if it's been 5 days, it can't be exchanged, but we say that it's not even 5 days then the people who work there keep saying that they can't exchange things if they're damaged.
