Rodalink Bogor

This is the second time coming to Rodalink Bogor for service on something that is basic. And I bought my bike from Rodalink. We called earlier in the day to explain the service needed and asked if I can bring my bike in at a certain time. When I arrived, the person said it will take a week to ten days to service. Last time I was told two weeks! Each time we called, we were told it would be no problem and to just bring the bike into the store. This is disrespectful of customers’ personal time when they make the effort to come to the store and get a different story.nnI would not recommend this store and suggest that you avoid buying from them or at least considering them for any service.

No stock at all for folding bike at the time.almost empty also for accesory. They didnt open for service right now due to heavy load,excep for polygon and tern.
