This office manages the tourism and culture of the city of Blitar, including handling the Bung Karno tourism area which consists of Bung Karno's Tomb, the tourism and trade information center and the Gebang Palace. Also takes care of problems related to tourism villages and tourist actors. Apart from tourism, this office also manages culture, art, history and traditional values. The facilities handled include the patria's house building and the art building on Jalan Kenari. Where the two buildings are often used for community activities. The Imi office routinely holds regular traditional art performances every Sunday night at the PIPP (Tourism and Trade Information Center) and every Sunday organizes jaranan performances at the Gebang Palace yard, besides that routine musical events are also always held at the aryo blitar cemetery, blitar village, music performances keroncong, a local puppet show at the Gebang Palace art hall
