My experience today with the whole team made me feel very comfortable. I get extreme anxiety going to a dentist. They make to feel at ease would recommend this office. Thank you ☺ufe0f

I had a small growth one my gums so I called West Richland Family Dental. They gave me an appointment quickly and conveniently. Dr. Madsen identified and immediately took care of it with his characteristic compassion. Everybody from the receptionists to the dental assistants were pleasant and professional. There is no dentist I would rather go to and no other dental group I would use.

Everything started with a tooth ache and no one will take me in the same day, it hurt like no other.. but this people took me right in. To me, if they understood the pain I was in to get me in with in the hour, YES they deserve my business. Wife goes there now also. Great People

I decided to use West Richland family dental because of its convenient hours. The cleaning went well, the hygienist was very kind and gentle, the x-ray gal was very nice, and the dentist was kind and seemed to have steady hands. But when it came to the dental hygienist, I won't be making another visit. First I don't know much about dentistry, but I assume you would want to numb a tooth before you take off a temporary cap and clean what is left of the tooth, nope not even numbing gel. It was crazy painful. Eventually when the dentist did come in to numb my exposed tooth, it was so sensitive it shocked me just to get the numbing gel on it, to the point I raised my hands to my mouth. Then the assistant ask me to keep my hands to my side.. ( ah well let's take the top of your tooth off, that's not numb, and see how still you can lay there). Ya, I could of just had a not very pleasant visit to the dentist, my teeth may be a bit more sensitive than others, but when the assistant wanted to schedule two more fillings that were just done the previous week by the same dentist and the same assistant border line argued that it wasn't done, until she actually looked at the paper work. That confirmed that this is not the place for me
