The idealism of a group of young people from Semayong Hamlet, Sungai Kumpai Village, Tlk began. Keramat, Sambas Regency, the Reading House stands as the forerunner of the Sungai Kumpai Village Library. Capitalize on spirit and makeshift books, as well as old buildings with floors and planks, struggling to lift the dignity and dignity of the people of Sungai Kumpai Village, through READING. They believe that reading habits are the key to mastering science and technology that every villager must have.
