Prepare 11 days to cross the Muller Ranges from Tanjung Lokang (eastetnmost of Kapuas River) - Lepun Keto (westernmost of the Mahakam River). Almost untouch tropical primary rain forest of about 100 km to cross. To continue the the nearest settlement, Tiong Ohang, people need paddle boat about 7 hours down river.
