About redbus online order jogja to Bali the stops info is wrong did get to destination but pickup drop off locations info wrong even after contact support@redbusnYou could better work send information email in order pickup drop off exact location maps and my review also not showing on redbus. IdnHave to write here so maybe someone update correct information

Extremely bad experience.nBook a ticket from Surabaya to Joga. Payment done successfully but didn't receive a ticket number. Contact a support and they were asking for payment proof instead of checking their own system for the related email and mobile number. But anyway when i provided the payment proof. The next day they offer me a new another bus at a different time and i even said okay for that but they didn't book me the ticket and now no response for the refund.
