I ordered my wife what should have been a luxury bouquet for valentines day, containing approx 40 stems, what turned up was an arrangement full of completely different flowers and only half the stems. Even if supply issues resulted in them replacing some, the bouquet beared no resemblance to the website image. Would not recommend Yasmine Florist at all to anyone as they have been completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to sort this issue out. They also have a 7 day guarantee, and the bouquet wilted after 2 days, which has been ignored by both eFlorist and Yasmine Florist themselves, even though we complained after two days.

Received a bouquet from my husband. Such a shame, what a disappointment! They weren't cheap, meant to be a luxury bouquet, as shown by Eflorist who instructed Jasmine to arrange them. Contrary to what Yasmine are saying, my husband contacted Eflorist on the 2nd day, as he mentioned.nFunnily enough, I asked him too how he knew there were 40 stems in the photo! Well, you can easily see for yourself on Eflorist's website that this bouquet should have contained at least that amount!nWe're aware flowers on Valentine's Day are more expensive and Brexit has affected things, but these flowers didn't even look like a Valentine's bouquet or the bouquet advertised. They also started dying on day 2. Never had such a poor quality arrangement like this!!nShame that Jasmine were so defensive, rude, & unwilling to put things right. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them at all after this!

We heartily RECOMMEND Yasmine Florist.nWe ordered flowers - we had an idea of the concept - Yasmine Florist took this and delivered a vibrant, 3D masterpiece of artistic design that goes way beyond even my vision, that grabs the space around it, with columns (stems) and leafy swathes that reach out from the flower display - literally stunning - our friends who received it sent pix - no-one can take their eyes off it !!n- a display of several different whites adorned with pastel yellows and featuring a subtle few strong yellows, draped with the most wonderful, inventive greens (leaves, grasses, stems etc)nnTruly - beyond wonderful, superlative, spectacular, fabulous, beautiful and exquisite - this was exactly what we wanted - kinda somehow went beyond that, in fact !!nnand the entire service delivery was exactly like this - we order very late on saturday trading hours - their sunday delivery service was equally superb !!!!
