Ahmed has been great, he has taught me how to relieve my lower back pain through stretching and exercise. This strengthening of my core and back has improved my quality of life, after suffering considerable pain for the last year. I am enjoying the gym workouts too, hard but rewarding! The Clinic is very well run and well managed. The team is very knowledgeable specifically level 2 physios. They have all the needed equipment including the outstanding gym too. They helped my daughter play netball again after her ankle fracture. Thanks everyone.
