Clare was so amazing to deal with! I was looking to order a sympathy bouquet for my very dear friends in London. I live in the U.S. therefore, I'm not familiar with any florists there. When I emailed her to inquire as to whether she could help me, she replied very promptly. Her work looked so beautiful on the website and that was confirmed when my friends received the flowers. Clare really made it seamless for me. We emailed back and forth and she was able to get the order out in a very timely manner. She was also very patient about my lack of skills with Pay Pal and offered me another option.nI would definitely recommend Clare if you would like to make your life easy. Also, if you like beautiful elegant arrangements!

We needed to send a floral tribute for a remembrance service, and after discussing the design in detail on the phone, Clare created the most beautiful and endearing arrangement, with a perfect mix of delicately-coloured blooms, presented in a charming basket with handle for the convenience of the family.

I cannot recommend Clare highly enough. She had a wonderfully personal approach and the bridal bouquet and flower girl bouquets she designed for myself and my daughters were absolutely perfect. During the initial consultation she made sure to get an clear understanding of what I was looking for and I could not have been happier with the end result. She was professional, friendly, approachable and a genuine pleasure to be around. Thank you so much Clare for such a wonderful service.

I live outside the UK and needed to order flowers for my daughter who lives there. I contacted Clare and she was extremely responsive and helpful, and personally crafted and delivered a lovely bouquet of flowers to my daughter who loved them! Excellent and caring service!
