Very DISAPPOINTING. HIS STAFF DOES NOT GREET, DO NOT SMILE, DO NOT ASK FOR SORRY. I came at 1:00 p.m. to transfer money to the BCA REK, when I entered the security guard said he could, but the process was a bit long, the transfer money was transferred tomorrow (because I didn't have a BRI ATM account, it was slow) he said. OK, I agreed, but after standing in line for more than 30 minutes (BANK BRI INDRALAYA THERE ARE NO ENOUGH CHAIRS, CUST NOT GIVEN A QUEUE NUMBER SO EVERYONE IS STANDING, INCLUDING OLDERS, PLEASURE).
