Great spot with great staff. They speak English and helped on the phone before I stepped foot in the store. From there it was excellent service all over. I had some time restraints so I paid extra for their services. Left my MavicPro over there at 9AM and had it ready by 1PM the same day.nnTruly great service.

Asked them not to update my firmware when I dropped the drone off for repair. When I picked up the drone I'd found that all of my settings were reset. That was odd since the repair was only for cables. A few weeks later I noticed certain functionality was different. After pulling the update logs I found that someone updated the firmware on my drone the very day I'd dropped it off. I've sent them the log as proof. They deny doing it, however, the drone had not been turned on in over a week and was in their care at the time of the timestamped update.

I crashed my Mavic Air due to a total disconnection from the aircraft while traveling in Indonesia. I contacted Dji to see if we could find a solution. Even if the repair was within guarantee it would be way to slow and expensive, since you have to send the Drone to the country of purchase at your own cost. This is when I decided to contact resellers in Jakarta and Jogjakarta. At the end, JogjaSky were the only ones having all the spare parts and willing to repair the drone, and finding the best solution for me. It took them less than a day to repair it. Now it works flawlessly, and they even cleaned the dirty parts of the drone caused by the crash. All that being very friendly and professional. I really had the feeling that they really wanted to help me. I just wish we could have this service back in Barcelona.
