One of the culinary delights in the city of Yogyakarta that you must try. Apart from the thick and very spicy chicken meat, this place also offers comfortable outdoor dining area. Highly recommended to visit.nnAll the staff also very humble and helpful.nnTry order Sate Merah, and you will not regret it.

Satay lilit is very nice, chicken satay would be nicer if it little bit more spicy. Big and clean place, helpful staff and fair price. Just little suggestions for hot tea, I think its better to serve your Tea Tubruk using proper teapot instead of mug especially when you didn't provide the strainer. Overall, recommended place for dine outnnThanks for Sate Ratu respond, Yes when we ask for the strainer the staff shows us how two strain using Batik cup lid, however she also still spill the the out to the table ( consider she is an expert as she use to use it) then I asked if they can just provide us the strainer and she said they don't have it.

My local friends told me that the locals rarely know about this satay but the tourist know about it instead. If I've had known this place offered this delicious satay when I was a college student, I'd definitely came here every weekend!nThe plumpy chicken satay with some flavour totally fits with your tongue. AND DON'T FORGET TO BUY THE SOUP!!nTotally recommended!!!!

Wide parking area. Sate ratu is the tastiest sate I've eaten. The sauce is different. Always looking forward to come back and eat here.

Generous & thick-cut chicken sate that’s juicy with just the right amount of spice. Recommended when you’re travelling to North of Jogja / Towards Merapi!nnDo expect queues & long waiting time. Our Sate arrived exactly 45minutes after we ordered. So if you’re in a good mood or happen to carry a deck of cards to wait with friends, definitely a must try!
