Slow service, bad food & rude staff.nIf you are planning on bringing children here, don't waste your time as they're sure to get your orders wrong & too spicy for them. Besides, they'd be too bored to wait for the long service time. Despite being near the city centre, don't expect to have extra time after eating here as they really want you to be hungry in order to lower your expectations wuth their terrible food. Don't worry, dirty stray cats will roam around, even on your tables, to keep you company during the wait. Also, calling them beforehand is no use as they'd forget your order in the end. Luckily, they have facilities like a slide, a seesaw and swings. In fact, the swings are better than the food. When you're doen, they'll add things you didn't order to your bill to actually profit off this terrible business.

THE SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. I did not even order a full-meal, just coffee and dimsum but hell it took forever!
