The best menu is masam jing. Masam Jing, is the Gayo language, which when translated means spicy acid. So that this culinary has a basic sour and spicy taste, which comes from natural ingredients. Uniquely, Gayo cuisine generally does not use complicated spices and seasonings, as is the case with culinary delights on the coast of Aceh.
