The security guard is not alert, the customer is not explained in detail the requirements and the others ,,,, the cs is long ,, cs there are 3 stands but only open 1, waiting for 3 hours but still can't take care of it, please improve the service

The worst service from a BRI branch I've ever experienced. I just didn't want to activate BriMo. The security guard is friendly. For those who want to come here, it's better to just go to the branch in Pandan from here. Worst ud83dudc4e
