Just went to the hot springs and it was nice The 94-degree pool was definitely less crowded than the 104-degree pool, but after some people left we were able to go to the middle of the 104-degree pool to socially distance ourselves from others. The pool was so nice, and a great way to warm up.

The pools are not good enough, and too hot. Customer staff not friendly. They will charge you for anything. I suggest you too ask the price before regretting over-priced purchased foods or water. Not recommended at all. Kapan bisa majunya pariwisata di daerah ini.

I was with my boyfriend with the scooter. We paid 5000 each for just entry the area. We where send to the place most 'upstairs', everywhere was very quit, so I think they opened just the restaurant at the end. There we had to pay again 10.000 each OR have a drink/food. So why pay the 5000 each in the entrance? We don't know. Owner restaurant said that is just for 'the view'.. but it is not so beautiful at all. There are just buildings and pipes to some pools. We had the separate pools, mans was much bigger and deeper then female pool. Pool was okay but dark and dirty woman toilet. Need maintenance and cleaning! You can hop in in the natural spring, but is not deep and TO HOT haha, is more hot then the pool so we where in de pool first and later only with feet in the natural water for a picture. It is okay spending an hour but there are no relax areas (only the restaurant, food is basic but okay). Privacy was okay but I jumped in to the male pool anyway, did not want to dip alone in the undeep woman pool.

The place is very crowded for tourism, not friendly staff to serve with limited chaos of parking area. Need more improvement being better.

After a round trip of Samosir, it's like an oasis out here to dip into the hot springs n having some light snacks.Ample parking space for a pit stop.
