Check in for two people, only get 1 towel, no toiletries. There is no drinking water. The water runs small, so you can't use a water gun, so you are given a bucket with a dipper. The toilet was smelly too

Mba The receptionist is not friendly, there is no smile at all, many are not shown the room to be occupied.nAnd more importantly.n1. DARK HOTELn2. BATHROOM HAS TAI KUCING !!!!n3. Sticky mattress !!n4.Dusty glass cabinets and tables !!!n5. Dirty room floor !!n6. AC is not cold ..n7. I didn't try the bathroom, because it smells like a cat !!!nnGive up here again, really not worth it !!

really super bad service, can't park for the car even though there is a reason for the guest to be a guest too, can't pay on the spot for many reasons, between wanting to go to school or not wanting to add pictures via a place there can't be many reasons too, at the end of the call, let's not move. enough, this place is not recommended, guests are appreciated

Very bad service ..nI ordered via the OYO application and was able to confirm by email from the OYO booking code with payment at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel did not want to serve cash payments at the hotel, because those who use the OYO application must transfer to OYO, but it is clear that OYO confirms cash payment at the hotel. I tried to explain but there was no response whatsoever, and in the end they admitted that the room had been booked by a customer who came directly, not through the application
