This bank has implemented a protocol by checking the temperature and reducing the capacity of customers in the room, all employees also wear masks. However, the service is not satisfactory. Customer Service is only 1 employee so you have to wait quite a long time. It is recommended if you want to come to CS in the morning so you can get the initial queue number. Strategic location and sufficient parking space.

Lack of customer service ... there is only 1 employee. just to unblock it I had to queue for almost an hour, even though the queue number only had 2 people in front of me ..
