Ophthalmologist practice, the medicine is expensive here

Parents some days ago went to see an ophthalmologist because his eyes often itchy & eye discharge came out. When paying at the cashier / pharmacy shocked asked to pay 727 000 (fee 250rb doctor, two kinds of eye drops, and meloxicam tablets 1 strip). Sy never bought a similar meloxicam which were assessed to the parent and the price is only 20rb / contents 10tablet strip, in a memorandum written handwriting costs 200rb
