The umpteenth time to this place is really very disappointing to service to customers for a long time, it looks like the management here must have a vision of working fast and working smart ... just beautiful, not enough, but not smart, it's all very slow ... . Anyway, this is the last time I've dealt with a bank bni supratmn branch

1. The teller took a long time to make transactions ... there was only one teller long queue. Is that the teller taking a break together?n2. Tellers please work faster. Just another bank, if you only deposit it doesn't take 5 minutes looo ..n3. CS is queuing for a long time, mostly asking unnecessary things ...n4. Leaders should be able to brief their subordinates or improve their quality so that they can work better ... hopefully it will be a constructive input because there have been no changes in the past ...

very super disappointing, the security guard is songong. the service to custumer is not good. there from Monday I arrived at Friday when I wanted to go to CS, I could never go to cs, the reason was that there were lots of queues. So I wanted to save there so I was lazy. I just wanted to save to another bank . please repair the service again, it's been waiting for a long time. it's a waste of working time
