The custom designed shirts are very well done. The shirts don't cost much and the work done by the artists is amazing.nnPS: Do make it a point to donate to the artist. This is the only work that they do and they do deserve a decent tip (anything up word of 10000 IDR for each side of the shirt the design is done on). One can of course pay less too since it's a donation of your choice.nnAlso, do keep the guide at all times during shopping who attended you at first. Make sure the shopping if any done here is done only through the same person.nnOne does not gain much but they do. Someone will gain from your shopping so best the person who attended you at first.

A batik making shop that not just sells batik products but also educates on how batik is made. Although the price can be a bit steep but it is compensated for with quality. Don't hesitate to buy if you see something that you like. It would be unlikely that you might come back.

It's handmade batik. So It's a unique cloth. Now Indonesia batick is UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. Amazing

Saw the complete batik making process. Group of women here demonstrate the various stages of batik fabric making right from its weaving stage. They use canting, a pen-like instrument to draw the hot wax onto the fabric.nnThe showroom is so neatly presented with different items made of the batik fabric. The hand fans, hats, artwork make such wonderful souvenir to take back home.
