Have a good time on the farm to table experience. Kadek pick me up from the pick up point on time. The experience started with touring the rice terrace to harvest the ingredients needed for cooking. Kadek give clear explanation of what the Mai Organic Community trying to achieve for the local farmer and the experience is one of the way to introduce to more people. We’re cooking in really traditional kitchen, with burning log. Really impressed that all the vegetables coming from the farm. We cooking lots of Balinese food and it turns out really delicious. I’m really recommending this for one of kind to do when you’re at Bali.

The cooking class with Bli Kadek was such a beautiful and unique experience! I was lucky enough to have the whole class to myself. We went to Mai Organic farm and picked all of the ingredients for the 8 Balinese dishes I then got to learn how to cook in the traditional way. Not only did I learn about how to prepare the dishes, but about the history of Balinese agriculture, culture and ethics of local farming. Mai Farm is really setting an example and involving local farmers to take their land and become more sustainable and forward thinking.

Kadek is super! Hardworking nice guy very open to explain their project. Get your hands dirty and help this community to work the land and ripe the benefits.

Amazing experience! Great community with sustainable ideology. It was very interesting to find out about Balinese food, ways to prepare it and most important taste them all! Thank you very much! Would highly recommend.

Marvelous cooking class organised by local community farmers. Learn not only about cooking itself but also about plants, how to harvest them, using traditional method to prepare 10 different dishes. It was one of most amazing experience i ever had.
