Would give it a 5 stars, but unfortunately...their parking space is really difficult

service 9/10, parking 6/10, place 8/10.. i rarely seen any costumers in this bank

The first time I came here to take care of BSU, and the time for customer service was very long ... there were only 2 CSs in charge of the 3 CS desks currently on duty, CS number 1 was not operating. CS number 2 is having a hard time dealing with customers. Since I came and have been waiting from 10 or 1 hour waiting, this hasn't finished handling this 1 customer. , CS number 3 also takes about 20-30 minutes to handle. Until finally the customer queue to go to CS has to wait outside ..nI really hope the service here gets better ... the faster it is

The officers are friendly, courteous and fast in serving customers, both from the security officer to the customer service officer. There to take care of losing your ATM card, customer service number 2 made you feel at home for a long time, hehe, Thx BNI ud83dude01.
