I want to register for Autodebit for BPJS, I have the same CS and told me to the BPJSny office, even though I wanted the list to use PANDAWA, because that was what was recommended during this pandemic. Then with CS, only the savings book n my husband's ID card was in the photocopy n asked for a number that could be contacted, after that I was told to go home without clarity. Is it from BPJS n Bank or not any confirmation? Until the bank officers are not horrified about the online BPJS list and autodebit list for BRI customers. ??
