I want to ask for a referral letter, the reason is the blackout. Even though the doctor's room had lights on. Back in the afternoon, still with the same reason. In other words, I can't get a referral letter. In addition, for blood checks, the officers did not want to serve. The reason is that there are no analysts, seriously! Bpjs is not free! Keep paying monthly! So please improve the service! MEDIKA's FIT does not serve well. I'm really disappointed!
