The cashier is weird ... if it's quiet when I bargain, don't top up ... don't buy promo items ... it's the turn when the crowd is busy ... even though there are many queuing up, I just paid for the goods to buy e-money instead people first others who shop, I told them to queue again ... the reason is that the system used is different ... ya lazy ... indeed here is what can be filled ...
