the security said that I need to provide proof regarding the lost of wallet before I can ask for new debit card. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE FRUSTATION? I need it right away, and since my office is near this branch, I decided to come here. But oh boy. Then I call 14000 to block my cards, and then they said I don't need to provide police proof??!!! as long as I can provide KTP and banking book (Which I can). Kecewa

Ministry VERY BAD and unfriendly, I was given a PIN WRONG WHEN OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT BY SELF AND CARDS blocked NOW WANT TO REPLACE THE PIN NEW, AND THEY SEND ME BRING PROOF OF BOOKS SAVINGS AND PIN PROVIDED THAT, I DO NOT KNOW IF PIN PROVIDED FALSE, BECAUSE I JUST WANT TO REPLACE THE PIN ONLY AT THE ATM, THEN FROM THAT I DO NOT BRING A BOOK SAVING, AND DO NOT FEEL THAT YOU NEED TO CARE, BECAUSE I JUST REPLACE THE PIN, AND I DEFINITELY WORKING THE HOUR, HOPE IT COULD HELP BECAUSE OF IT, IT DOESN'T NEED TO BRING BECAUSE I JUST REPLACE THE PIN, AND I PADAHAL ON THE WORK HOURS, LOOKING FORWARD TO BE HELPFUL BECAUSE FOR ME, I DO NOT I AM REQUIRED TO TRANSFER TO OTHER BANK ACCOUNT THROUGH THE E BANKING I HAVE SAID AND TAKE THEIR COST OF TRANSFERS TO OTHER BANKS, I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY SOLUTION, THE INDEPENDENT PARTNERS ARE SAYING TO SAY IT AND NOT RESPOND TO THEIR BANKS, I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY SOLUTION, THE INDEPENDENT PARTY SUPERVISOR THEREOF SAYS IT'S NOT THEIR FALSE, BUT IT HAS BEEN WRONG. THE WRONG PIN THAT WAS GIVEN BY BANK MANDIRI CANNOT BE HELPED TO RESET THROUGH THE SYSTEM, IT'S REALLY BAD SERVICE!
