Kimi Nail Spa Dan Treat Ment

Customer next to me was on the phone for 1hour while taking off mask and none of the employee said anything about it until i have to say something.nnThe job is terrible which i did a acrylic sculpture nails and this nail person did my nails for 5 hours and still not finished yet, until i get fed up and decide to leave it as it was so i can fix it on my own at home which im not an nail professional.nnSo when i left the place after 5 hours, my right side nails finger is still long, unfinished. And the left side nails finger is shorter and unfinished. I still end up paying 800k rupiah only for sitting down in this nail salon and waste my time.nnIm never ever gonna visit this nail salon again because of untrained nail professional. Pls fix your nail salon structure and educate them more.

The service was very good and the staff were all friendly.

Booked for 2 person but made one person wait while 2 staff worked on one other customer. Did not apologise or explain why we couldn't get service we booked for.

The service and place is nice, but i had a GEL manicure and it peeled off in 1 week :/ it usually takes at least 3 weeks.

Always love to come here everytime I had a chance.. good nail therapists and very clean and neat. They provide breathable nail enamels too ud83dudc4dud83cudffb And the nail paint lasts for weeks ud83dudc4fud83cudffb (picture of my toe and finger nails after a week paint job)
