Inhad a very good experience the last time i visited this place. I was in a mission to extend my passport that hoing to expired in a few months. Before I can come in to the immigration office, I had to get the number for queuing online, through Apple store and find there the “layanan passport”. Completed my bio, chose your case (new passport, extend passport or etc), chose the office that you will pay a visit, chose the date and time and got the unique barcode that you will show later to the officer in the office.nOnce you have all of that you need to prepare the document. In my case (extend/passport renewal) I provide my id (KTP), old passport and a copy of each documents. I came at the specific time that given by the app, got temperature scan by security guard, and filling up a form in the lobby. By the time, the security will allow you to enter the office (a few people at a time for covid protocol). I showed my barcode to the officer, he checked the documents and give me another number and combine all the document in the yellow folder. He gave direction to wait at the second floor. I access the second floor by elevator and wait there in a spacious cool room. My name was called through the loud speaker to the specific desk. Another officer validated my documents and ask me some basic questions regarding with the documents and travel history. Next was photographing and fingerprints scan. They also will give you a chance to check the name spelling and everything in the monitor yourself to make sure the spelling. They asked me to remove my mask only during photo session (make sure you know what pose you would like to have. They will not offer you option to retake. They gave me a paper reference to complete the electrical payment. They also told me that the passport should be ready three days after the payment done. You need to provide the recite and the paper reference when you want to take your new passport.nI have chosen electronic passport that worth Rp. 650.000 for 48 pages.

Their staff so nice and works properly, but don't bring your car or motorcycle, the parking space is so small. Great overall.
