Take a step into the studio and you'll feel such serene calmness & peace, as if you're in your safe haven, away from the hustle bustle of the city. Your full privacy is made a priority, so you'll be able to fully focus on your workout. The instructor who runs the studio is among the most passionate & detail-oriented Pilates instructor you'll ever find in Jakarta. She's intuitive, highly-skilled, communicative, and really knows how to tailor individualised Pilates & Gyrokinesis session for each & every client. You'll feel that every session has JUST the RIGHT amount of challenge. Not too hard, not too easy, enough to get you motivated, inspired & pumped-- and to keep you going in the long run as well. One of the best PILATES STUDIO in Jakarta! The owner is kindhearted, passionate, and she really takes time to customize the workout program. I had frozen right shoulder and ACL reconstruction surgery (on left knee), both of which required specific rehab program. After several months, I felt a big improvement on strength & flexibility. After 1,5 years, I am fully recovered. Recently, the studio also offers new GYROKINESIS program ud83cudf3b
