I was told this afternoon before Friday came back by the security because I wanted to close the Friday, OK, I accept it !!nSecond, I returned around 1:00 p.m. after that I was told to come in and get a queue number, after waiting for ± 20 minutes suddenly, the Customer Service refused to serve me who wanted to open a new account, only at 14.00 and it should have closed at 15.00 , I was even told to come back Monday ..nPLEASE IMPROVE HIS PERFORMANCE !!!nif it can't be served why was I given a queue number and told to go inside ...

The Cs service is longeeeeeeeee, bangeutttttt, already queued up, can't be inside, the CS doesn't appear, once a consumer appears for more than 1 hour,
