The process of waxing is clean and quick, no double dipping. The place is rather small but still cozy. However, I've been there for three times and the beauticians are not really friendly (unlike the reviews I read on the internet). Standard price, plus they also give you discount if you bring your student card. Still my go-to waxing place until now.
