Assalamualaikum...nMonday comes at 06:05 minutes the queue has run out because during the Covid pandemic, there were only 20 patients, the next Tuesday, it was 05:20 minutes even though when I arrived at the location there were seven registrants who were waiting, I to 8 ah it was pretty good to get a queue at 10, the clerk giving queue no came at 6:20 am immediately brought numbers to share, suddenly grabbed each other, to get queue no even one registrant took up to 3 queue no, in the end I did not get queue no , I am surprised how come this is the way the officers do it, it should not have been that those who arrived earlier got this, instead,nFrom this experience I would like to provide input immediately to improve the procedures for taking the queue better, the technicality and implementation, maybe the puskesmas will understand better, if possible, involve the community organization guarding the kelurahan (because the location of the Puskesmas is one location with the kelurahan) who is tasked with helping anyone. those who arrive early are recorded and their files secured, and if possible one person should not have more than one queue number,nThat's a glimpse of my experience, apologize for a bit longer from the previous reviews.nthank younWassalam ...
