The bathroom still bit far, which we need to go downstair. It should be best if the bathroom was on same floor and accessible for everyone.

This place offers Periplus as the bookstore. You can easily find imported books here even if the book you want is not in ready stock, the staff will help you to order it.

Nice place but unoptimized yet. Lack of facility currently, i.e. no toilet at each floor (only at basement) and only stairs to go to 3rd floor, that is not suitable for disabilities. Tenant only periplus (closed at 5) and gym (closed till night). Third floor is only for training centre.
