I arrived at 11:47 the swab schedule for the first session was until 12.00, I was in a hurry, I arrived at the security post for the swab list, he said that the staff had already been hired, I was told to go to the second session, I asked for the schedule for the swab test until 12.00, employee said until 12.00 administration, just suggest changing the swab schedule until 11.30 so that people who want to swab really know the exact time, or the schedule is given a note at 12.00 until administration is like that, so we who are the benchmark at 12.00 already know the schedule at 12.00 must have arrived at the administration, right? registration. Please improve the quality of medical personnel and services. First coming here it looks really not professional. The registration department is confused and sometimes there is no one on guard, the tension device is broken, the medical staff is nervous and asks the same questions many times. At first I was understanding and patient. And the next day I still came here because it was close to home and the RS was very quiet, so it was suitable for me who did avoid crowds due to pandemic conditions. But the third time it comes, I have given up and will not check here again. The rate is expensive when compared to the service that I get. Every day the rates are also increasing. At other hospitals with such rates I have received better and more professional service.
