Only stay here because we got problem with hotel we booked online and it's the long weekend in Jogja so other hotels is full and we found this hotel for staying a night. We paid 200k rupiahs for a night. The room isn't good and narrow and also with old furnitures. Glad the air conditioner is worked well. The toilet is dirty and the bathroom is narrow. And we found a used-condom in the bathroom. But still thank god we found a hotel for that night because i need to look around the area for about 2 hours driving to find a hotel in long weekend in jogja. It was such an experience. And if you want to visit jogja in a holiday season you gotta need to double check on your accommodation. Oh yeah ang the staffs are nice.

The room is quite good, but a little too expensive. Considering the price, toilets should be inside the room.

The location is quite good, on the Code river side, only on a small & congested road, fortunately there is an own parking lot, Jagalan area, not so far from Malioboro.nThe building is relatively old, with rooms classified as small, less tidy & less clean, especially the bathroom.nThere is no restaurant, especially room service, breakfast only tea, coffee and snacks.nsuitable for backpackers, but the price is quite high with minimal facilities & facilities, but the staff are friendly & informative
