We felt so lucky to come across this little gem!nnBunder is the owner, even if we call him “the king of Yogyakarta”!!nnHe really is the king! His house is clean, stunning, offers all the comfort of an hotel at a super cheap price of a homestay.nnNot only the accomodation is excellent, also he offers so many other benefits being such a skilled person: he is an artist with an incredible art gallery of Batik painting, he offered us a tour and explained the techniques behind his work; he rented us a car for a very competitive price and drove us to the most beautiful Buddhist temples; his wife took care of our laundry; he rented us a scooter to go around Yogyakarta with the help of his useful tips...and he is also a musician!!!nnWe loved our stay herennHighly recommended!

The place has no sign board. Its difficult to find. It's in a small alley in the middle of poor density village. The room has no view. The breakfast is worst! It's rice serve in plastic with plastic spoon. They don't value the money we pay. They didn't give bottle water like they say in the description. I'm never going to be back. And never recommend this place to people. It is better to stay at places at Jalan Taman Siswa. They're cheaper( under 200k IDR) and better: Wisanti Hotel, Prime Syailendra, and Madu Koro Hotel compare to the place. I feel what they say in the review and overview are all wrong and deceiving. ud83dude2d

Located in a very Central area, is one of the best home stay I’ve been in!!!nBunder, the owner, is very cool and made our stay in Yogyakarta great beyond expectations.nHe offers, at a ridiculously cheap price, anything you need and more: from basic needs such as tv, aircon, hot water, Wi-Fi, spacious and clean rooms, not to be taken for granted when you paying such a little... to yummy tastes of traditional food, laundry service, scooter rental, tour guiding, driver service and even an interesting visit at his very own art gallery of Batik art!!!nHe’s a musician too, my wife and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.nI’d recommend to anyone to come here, you won’t regret!
