The most delicious catfish mangut I've ever tried. All parts of the good meat, thorns, head can be eaten because the meat is dipped. The flavor of the seasoning is distinctive and strong, delicious, a mixture of sweet, sour, spicy, savory. Similar to rendang spices. But this doesn't seem to be smoked, it's different from other typical Bantul catfish mangut which is not presto, which generally smokes first. Cheap price 8k / pcs.
