this place is great. if people thought this place isn't then it's underrated. the only minus is type C plug only available in few spots but you could find complete package. it feels like an apartment with a price of standard room for 1 night ! this is premium style cheap !! from hairdryer, good ventilator, full room service, huge room, all miscellaneous things you might want is available here. i really enjoyed my stay here. their hospitality also their plus point!

Huge hotel over 20 stories high. Big n clean room. Service is good. Only breakfast variety is less. No bacon or sausages in my opinion is a must for continental. In between 2 big malls BCS n Mega Batam mall. Convenient location
Hotel is somewhat not quite awesome .. but what makes me repeat my stay here is 1) it has 2/3 bedroom apartment which is good if u have a bigger family staying . Price wise it's competitive but it's actually quite cheap with some promos included ..

Booked a 2 room apartment for a 2 night stay. Room charge is affordable and overall service is great. Reception staff are attentive and friendly. Concierge and security staff are also on hand and ever ready to assist. The service alone deserves 4 ⭐ufe0f stars !!nThe room is spacious however hotel amenities could be better maintained and requires some updating. The non-smoking floors are dedicated to the very Low floors (eg 2-11 floor) while upper level floors are all smoking rooms. No difference actually as the non-smoking room reeks of cigarette smoke smells. Also had a cockroach running through the room in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet spread is generous and featured many varieties of food. The restaurant is crowded, reflecting the hotel’s popularity with visitors to Batam, due to its close proximity to shopping Malls and affordable prices.
