Tried the 2-in-1 package which offered a 60 minutes massage along with a set dinner at the kelong (which included a return mangrove boat ride to the kelong and back). Massage wasn't great and left a lot to be desired -- masseuse didn't seem experienced (right and left wasn't balanced) and the bed was pretty hard. Overall, reasonable value though since it was coupled with dinner and we paid like IDR 1,008,000 for 2 of us.

Decent Price but the spa bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the spa oil feels cheap. Recommend to offer hot tea after spa or hot towels for customer comfort and relaxation.

A totally unexpected (bad) experience.nn1. Massage bed was hard and very uncomfortable.n2. Went with a group of friends and the service was inconsistent.n3. I felt that the towel & bedsheet used was not clean.n4. Massaged halfway and the masseur stepped off. Didn't return until a while later.nnFelt totally not worth the money that I paid for and I ended up with body ache thereafter.

Utterly disappointed at the way the staff manage my appointment there. Firstly they got my timing and room number wrongly the next day after i physically went down to their branch to make an appt. Then after i changed the timing to 11am instead, they had us wait for 10 mins, brought us to the wrong room and expected us to wait without any assurance after we repeatedly said that we need to leave at 12pm to catch our ferry.nnSeriously it is disappointing they prioritise their own revenue at the expense of their customers convenience. I wouldnt want to come back here anymore.

Nice n friendly place, the treatment they give surely relaxed n refreshed me.
