Thanks to Rehab Lab and Fadhli, my hip health and mobility has greatly improved. I also got rid of the persistent elbow issue while playing badminton. This is the best physiotherapy service I have received so far.nnRemember that you must have the discipline to do prescribed exercises regularly.

Fadhli has been very patient in guiding and prescribing me the strength and mobility exercise for my walking and running posture correction . I’m a long distance runner addict. Definitely recommend him if you are looking for a physiotherapist to help you to point out your running and walking gait and correction exercises so you can keep running injury free!

I was referred to see Fadhli by a friend as my shoulder would get sore after rock climbing. After the initial assessment, Fadhli explained in detail what the problem was and how to correct this by focusing on the right muscle groups to strengthen. Fadhli would listen and was always eager to hear updates on the progress. After my first few sessions it was clear I was on the right track and by the end I can climb without any issues.nnThanks Fadhli!

Fadhli is patient and good at explaining to me about my injury. He taught me exercises which helped me steadily reach recovery.nnHe also helped with releasing any tensions I had in my other muscles and taught me exercises to strengthen the muscle as well as how to stretch it out when I need to.nnGreat experience ✨ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
