Preet was wonderful to work with. She was very warm and supportive and helped to correct my diastasis recti even though I was two years postpartum. I had been recommended surgery by another physio I went to but Preet was very reassuring and worked with me to correct it with physio exercises. Highly recommend her!

I started seeing Preet about 6 weeks ago to try and resolve a niggling back pain. Preet was patient and thorough in her review of what was causing the problem. I found Preet approachable, trustworthy and professional in her approach. She showed me a handful of exercises to do which reduced the pain and made me feel so much better. Her genuine passion for what she does alongside her practical approach makes the service at Embrace unbeatable. Thank you!

I got to know about Preet and Embrace Physiotherapy via one of the helpful sessions she ran for new mums. I wasn’t aware of the internal impacts that could be happening postpartum, so quickly booked a session to check things out. Preet was wonderful! Friendly, professional and helpful, she made me feel relaxed in this sensitive area. I would highly recommend her to any lady who’s had a baby in the past year.

I saw Preet at Embrace Physiotherapy for a post-natal assessment after having my second bub and I haven’t looked back. I now understand my body so much better and crucially, how to look after it. I was worried about abdominal separation and pelvic floor strength and she gave me practical advice in a clear, accessible way. I feel supported to work through any issues and I know I am in good hands. Working with Preet has been a godsend - a must for every new mum or mum to be!
