Went for the gold class experience, great experience. Staff could have shown more initiative in helping their guests when they were lost. Food and environment was not bad, but the drinks were too sweet!

Comfortable experience with clean seats as well as helpful staff. Gold Class lounge cafe is open to the public, and food prices are not too unreasonable.nnLayout of the cinema is easily navigable, and incorporating machines to be used as gantries streamlines the whole process of entering the theatre hall. Halls are not too cold, and boast sufficient legroom.nnOnly qualm is that the toilet is located before the gantry, meaning that you would have to scan your tickets whenever you want to use the washroom.

The staff here were quite friendly and helpful. However the popcorn here is a tad bit saltier in comparison to other movie theaters. The cinema hall had great air conditioning that can run quite cold for those who are very sensitive to cold temperatures so do brimg a jacket. The hall that I was in also was quite spacious. Overall experience was great in my opinion!
