Not too crowded. If you're lucky you can get a spot at the spiral private space seat.

LLIbrary at level 3 is fully air-conditioned with special reading zone that's with natural light and ventilation. Definitely haven't seem one with other library environmental design.

The LLibrary located on the 3rd Floor in the Life Long Learning Institute opens from Mon - Sat from 8.30am - 10:00pm is an ideal place to learn for adults. This Library only offers Non-Fiction books for Loan or Reference. It is quieter here as compared to other Libraries and hence more suitable for anyone who like to do research or serious reading. This library operates just the same as any other library under NLB.
