Quiet and not too crowded. I hope there's more tables to do work though, I'll even sit on the floor with those floor tables ud83eudd74.

Located on the top floor of NEX Shopping Mall, this library is popular amongst students, especially from the nearby schools. Due to the current situation, each person is limited to a certain time slot (2 hours if I'm not mistaken) and you'll be given a coloured sticker upon entry. Announcement will be made when the time is up.
